Diamond Painting FAQs
When will my order arrive?
Kits are printed to order and leave our workshop within 2 to 3 business days (custom kits 3 to 5). Delivery then usually takes 12 to 20 days to the United States, 13 to 20 days to Australia, 14 to 20 days to Canada and 14 to 25 days to the United Kingdom. Items from our US stock usually reach US addresses in 8 to 10 days. See our Shipping Policy for every country.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free to every country and every order is sent with a tracking number. If you need it faster, you can add express shipping by DHL or UPS.
How can I cancel my order?
Email help@alldiamondpainting.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that your kit is usually already being printed and the order cannot be cancelled.
What if my kit arrives damaged or something is missing?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement of the canvas, drills or tools.
Can I return a kit?
Most kits are printed only after you order, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind, and custom kits made from your photo cannot be returned. Unused items from our US stock can be returned within 60 days of delivery. See our Returns and Refund Policy.
How can I track my order?
Use our Track Orders page with the tracking number from your shipping email. Tracking can pause for a few days while a parcel moves between sorting centres or through customs. This is normal.
What size are the drills?
Each drill is about 2.5 mm. A 30 x 40 cm canvas holds about 19,200 drills. Keep them in a storage box or the trays in your kit so they do not get lost.
What is included in a kit?
A soft velvet canvas with poured glue and a clear protective film, pre-sorted drills with spares including AB drills, 2 drill trays, tweezers, 2 diamond painting pens, a 3-piece multi-placer, 2 pots of wax and instructions.
Should I choose square or round drills?
Square drills sit edge to edge for a smooth, mosaic look with sharp detail. Round drills are quicker to place and add extra sparkle. Both cost the same.
Can I turn my own photo into a diamond painting?
Yes. Our custom diamond painting kit turns any photo into a full drill kit, with free photo editing and a free preview before printing.
Do you have a discount for buying more than one kit?
Yes. Buy 2 kits and save 10%, or buy 3 kits and save 15%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
