Need it sooner, or want a large canvas shipped rolled instead of folded? Add Special Shipping to your order and we send it by express courier (DHL or UPS).
Packaging
- Canvases up to 30 x 40 cm are shipped rolled in a protective tube or bag. Larger sizes are packed in a box.
- With standard shipping, canvases larger than 70 x 70 cm are carefully folded. Express shipping keeps them rolled.
- Light creases from transit are normal and flatten easily. See our guide on removing wrinkles from a canvas.
If something goes wrong
- If your order has not arrived 45 days after dispatch (custom kits excluded while in production), email us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
- If a canvas arrives damaged, or drills or tools are missing, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Every drill is one point of your picture, so the canvas size decides how much detail you see. If the canvas is too small, faces and fine colour changes are lost. Use these minimum sizes as a guide, and go one size up if your photo has a busy background.

To ensure that your diamond painting is a true representation of the original image, zoom in on the picture to check for any blurriness or pixelation. If the image appears blurry or pixelated, it's best to choose another high-resolution picture that will provide the level of detail and clarity needed to create a stunning finished product.
Proper Lighting: Choose an image that is not captured in direct sunlight. Images that are neither too bright nor too dark will produce better results, accurately reflecting the original image with perfectly matched diamond resin colors.
Canvas Dimension: For optimal results, all images, whether in portrait or landscape orientation, should be matched with coordinating canvas dimensions.
