Custom diamond paintings made from your photo take 3 to 5 business days. If you ask for a preview, this starts once you approve it.

Faster shipping

Need it sooner, or want a large canvas shipped rolled instead of folded? Add Special Shipping to your order and we send it by express courier (DHL or UPS).

Packaging

Canvases up to 30 x 40 cm are shipped rolled in a protective tube or bag. Larger sizes are packed in a box.
With standard shipping, canvases larger than 70 x 70 cm are carefully folded. Express shipping keeps them rolled.
Light creases from transit are normal and flatten easily. See our guide on removing wrinkles from a canvas.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived 45 days after dispatch (custom kits excluded while in production), email us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
If a canvas arrives damaged, or drills or tools are missing, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge.

How to Start

Step 1
Unpack the kit, sort the drills and tools, and unroll the canvas on a flat surface.
Step 2
Pour one drill color into the grooved tray and dip the pen tip in the wax.
Step 3
Pick up a drill with the pen and press it onto the matching symbol on the canvas.
Step 4
When every symbol is covered, roll the canvas flat, seal it if you like, and frame your finished artwork.
