Faster shipping

Need it sooner, or want a large canvas shipped rolled instead of folded? Add Special Shipping to your order and we send it by express courier (DHL or UPS).

Packaging

  • Canvases up to 30 x 40 cm are shipped rolled in a protective tube or bag. Larger sizes are packed in a box.
  • With standard shipping, canvases larger than 70 x 70 cm are carefully folded. Express shipping keeps them rolled.
  • Light creases from transit are normal and flatten easily. See our guide on removing wrinkles from a canvas.

If something goes wrong

  • If your order has not arrived 45 days after dispatch (custom kits excluded while in production), email us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
  • If a canvas arrives damaged, or drills or tools are missing, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge.

How to Start

  • Step 1

    Unpack the kit, sort the drills and tools, and unroll the canvas on a flat surface.

  • Step 2

    Pour one drill color into the grooved tray and dip the pen tip in the wax.

  • Step 3

    Pick up a drill with the pen and press it onto the matching symbol on the canvas.

  • Step 4

    When every symbol is covered, roll the canvas flat, seal it if you like, and frame your finished artwork.
