Shipping policy
Shipping is free to every country, and every order is sent with a tracking number.
Processing time
- Diamond painting kits are printed to order and leave our workshop within 2 to 3 business days.
- Custom diamond paintings made from your photo take 3 to 5 business days. If you ask for a preview, this starts once you approve it.

Customs checks and busy seasons can add a few days. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships, and you can follow it on our Track Orders page.
Faster shipping
Need it sooner, or want a large canvas shipped rolled instead of folded? Add Special Shipping to your order and we send it by express courier (DHL or UPS).
Packaging
- Canvases up to 30 x 40 cm are shipped rolled in a protective tube or bag. Larger sizes are packed in a box.
- With standard shipping, canvases larger than 70 x 70 cm are carefully folded. Express shipping keeps them rolled.
- Light creases from transit are normal and flatten easily. See our guide on removing wrinkles from a canvas.
If something goes wrong
- If your order has not arrived 45 days after dispatch (custom kits excluded while in production), email us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
- If a canvas arrives damaged, or drills or tools are missing, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge.
